Your InvestmentParadise Events’ investment is $55.00 per hour for planning; $85.00 per hour the day of your event, and $30.00 per hour for each assistant required. A non-refundable retainer of $1,375.00 is required at your contract signing, which equals 25 planning hours. Any additional planning hours will be billed to you monthly, due upon receipt. You should expect 8 to 14 hours of time on the event day, depending upon the complexity of your event. These hours will be confirmed 20 days prior to your event day. These hours will be your final invoice due. All planning and day of hours must be paid in full 15days prior to your event date. If you would you like to schedule a contract consult of 1 hour, a fee of $55.00 will be charged for the consultation. At this meeting we will review the contract together. Should you wish to contract our services immediately, a retainer will be required before we proceed. This retainer secures your event date and our services. If after reviewing our contract you wish to have more time to consider our services, please note we contract on a first come basis. Paradise Events cannot guarantee availability past our initial consultation date.
